boundaries of sexual harassment

Sexual harassment is hard to talk about, but...we can do this.

With the #MeToo movement and national conversations around sexual harassment, many employers and employees are wondering—what are the boundaries of sexual harassment in the workplace? Where are the lines? How do we implement sexual harassment training in a time when this is a more sensitive topic?

While sexual harassment training can be uncomfortable, people3 strives not to alienate. More importantly, all members of an organization—across all gender identities—should be involved in this conversation.

While this training does inform on sex discrimination and the boundaries of sexual harassment from a compliance perspective, people3 is committed to having a dialogue about why the sexual harassment conversation matters in any organization.
